Learning Outcomes Relationships
PLO 1: Students will acquire and demonstrate depth and breadth of knowledge of the subject matter and theoretical concepts of the subfields of anthropology.
CLO 1: Students will learn the nomenclature of biological anthropology and demonstrate knowledge related to human evolution (including genetics and biological variation) and non-human primate classification, behavior, and ecology
CLO 2: Students will demonstrate knowledge of the concepts of natural selection, mutation, genetic drift, gene flow, population genetics, race, and evolutionary theory as applied to humans and non-human primates
CLO 3: Students will demonstrate knowledge of functional anatomy, comparative morphology, osteology, and osteometry
PLO 2: Students will acquire and demonstrate breadth and depth of knowledge of subfield-specific threshold concepts.
