Minor in Arabic
The minor in Arabic includes coursework in Arabic language, literature, and culture. This minor program can prepare students for careers in teaching, communication/media studies, public administration, national security, diplomatic service, translation, and other fields.
Minor Requirements (18 units)
Entering students with previous training in Arabic or those who are native speakers should contact the Department of World Languages and Literatures or the Arabic program coordinator for information about placement and credit by examination.
