Minor in Data Science
The Data Science minor is designed to provide students with hands-on experience of the concepts and techniques used in data science, including statistical methodology and data-oriented computing. The minor will provide students from all majors (including science, business, humanities, social sciences, education etc.) with the foundational skills to collect, process, analyze data, and think critically about data-driven problems in their respective disciplines. The minor has a requirement of 32 credits, consisting of 6 required courses (26 units) and 2 elective courses (6 units).
