Minor in Sustainable Food Systems

The minor in Sustainable Food Systems offers an in-depth exploration of the critical issues, principles, and practices that underlie the global pursuit of a more sustainable and equitable food production and distribution system. Through a multidisciplinary lens, students will examine the complex interplay of environmental, social, and economic factors that shape the current state of our food systems and explore innovative solutions for a more sustainable future. This program is offered in a hybrid required modality and includes online and in-person courses.
